Handmade Quilts - Shop
All the quilts are made by Dorset Patchworks' Devi Chapman. She uses a domestic sewing machine and the quilts are finished by hand. Some pieces have been hand quilted. Where the quilting has been completed on a long arm quilting machine this will be made clear in the product description. Good quality wadding is used between the layers and unless otherwise stated the fabric is 100% cotton.
The fabric has not been pre-washed and so there is likely to be a small amount of shrinkage when the quilt is first washed. Washing creates a more antique effect.
