CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us, Dorset Patchworks, 41 St Andrew's Road, Bridport, Dorset DT6 3BJ, Tel: 07765 355669, email: Enquiries@dorsetpatchworks.co.uk of your decision to cancel this contract in a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or by email). Upon receipt of your request to cancel we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay. You may use the wording on the following model cancellation form, but this is not obligatory:

You must provide your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your telephone number and email address. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. To exercise your right to cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. The cost of returning goods is at your expense and it is recommended that returned goods are sent by 1st class registered post for your own protection. Dorset Patchworks cannot be held liable for items that are mislaid or damaged in the post.
Effect of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you. It does not include the cost of returning the goods to us, which is your responsibility.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Your right to return products does not apply to items made to your specification or that have been personalised. Any goods that have a manufacturing defect will be replaced or refunded.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
